Shipping Policy

Pool & Spa Geniuses, LLC. is a company that sells products nationwide and provides services in select areas. 

Shipping with vary based on your location and type of product you purchase. The overall weight is the final determining factor for the final estimated shipping amount calculated at checkout. 

Free shipping can be offered and provided given the order amount meets the requirements for direct shipping from the manufacturer to your location. Please contact us at sales@poolandspageniuses.com for case by case scenarios.

We use all types of shipping carriers/companies including USPS, UPS, FEDEX and many more local carriers to where you reside. If you require specific carriers/companies, please contact us at sales@poolandspageniuses.com for quoted rates.

Items in stock at the warehouse will ship within 24 to 72 business hours. Items not in stock at the warehouse can take up to 2 business weeks. Availability is on a first come first serve basis. 

We at Pool & Spa Geniuses, LLC. take pride in not offering any item that can not be shipped. We do not charge your credit card unless we can ship your order. If you require faster shipping methods, please contact us at sales@poolandspageniuses.com for exact lead times.

Once the item is shipped, Pool & Spa Geniuses, LLC. are not responsible for the transit of your item. The shipping carrier is responsible for the safe delivery of your order. Please DO NOT sign for the package until you have inspected the package for damages. If the box seems damaged, please open the box and inspect if the contents have been damages. If the contents are damaged, please refuse the package. Accepting the package means YOU HAVE accepted it in good condition and release the carrier of liability. All issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Please be advised, once the product has being shipped and handed to the shipping carrier, Pool & Spa Geniuses, LLC is no longer responsible for the package and we are required to follow the guidelines established by the carrier. We will always be here to help, but you as the receiver will need to working with the carrier along with our assistance to resolve any issues.

If you are unavailable to receive your package and are unable to be contacted by the carrier/company, you will be responsible for re-delivery charges if they are required. If your package is returned back to the sender, you will be refunded based on the refund policy.

Please ensure that you have verified your address and it matches what the United States Postal Service has on file for you. Although you may receive packages and mail to your location, it does not mean that the address is verified. If address correction charges are incurred, you will be required to pay for them based on the carrier's rates. Although rare, we will always try our best to make sure you are not assessed any extra charges.
